Nikki England of Carlinville
dropped two of her three children
off at the Primary School Aug. 17
for the first day of the 2010-2011
school year. Her oldest son, Rowdy,
is entering third grade while middle
child, Stormy, began first grade. Her
youngest daughter, Willow, is in preschool.
“It’s hard to leave my kids,” England said after leaving Rowdy
and Stormy in the gymnasium with
their teachers. “The separation is
the hardest thing, knowing they’re
in someone else’s care.”
